The Schutz ECOBULK IBC Is a multitrip shipping tank For packing group II or III Hazardous liquids or non Hazardous liquids. All designs are manufactured With FDA approved materials. Inner containers are made of high molecular weight, high density polyethylene. The outer frame is made of galvanized tubular steel and the bottom shell is formed galvanized steel. All ECOBULK MX IBC’s are easy to clean with generously radiused interior corners, sloped bottom and removable replaceable valves for ease of cleaning.
MX IBC’s are inventoried with steel or plastic pallets. Steel pallet units stack 4 high with liquids having a specific gravity of 1.9 or less. Plastic pallets will stack 4 high filled with liquids having a specific gravity of 1.6 or less.
LX IBC’s are inventoried with heat treated 4-way entry wood pallets approved for shipment world wide. They wll stack 3 high with liquids having a specifc gravity of 1.2 or less. Tanks have non replaceable molded in valves.
